The TalentPack product development team are working on delivering our new job posting functionality. This will deliver ‘pay per post’ job multi-posting functionality to TalentPack customers who opt to use this service(1). This will deliver access to a truck load of commercial job boards, free boards and social media channels. This will give our customers a massive advantage in attracting talent through the widest possible network of media outlets via an easy to use interface.
Job Posting is being offered as a ‘pay per post’ service to allow customers choose between manually updating job boards themselves or use our full integrated service to automatically post jobs.
Our integrated approach saves users so much time and effort that it will be hard to resist. Simple job board selection along with the ability to enter job information plus the specific details for each site will help optimise this consolidated approach.
Included in this service are social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter and Linked In which help recruiters to socialise their hunt for talent.
Our goal is to try and save recruiters as much time as possible in distributing the job post while also over coming practical problems of creating job adverts on a wide variety of sites quickly. If you post to more than one board (as many customers do (2)) then this approach will save you significant time and effort.
