We are continually seeking out ways to improve and enhance the Recruiter’s experience. We can’t help it, we get a kick out of seeing our customers use TalentPack to get all their recruiting ducks in a row. We have reached out to our client base and asked them to give us the highs and lows of their daily recruiting activities. In our latest release we have fixed a few known issues and have made some tweaks to make TalentPack even better. What would make your recruiting process smoother? Let us know, drop us an email at support@talentpack.com.
- Display list of Applicants
When viewing the list of applicants for a particular job, the applicants are now listed by the date and time they applied for the job. This makes it much clearer for the recruiter to identify new applicants received and they can then choose to sort the candidates by Score or Rating where relevant. - Job Posting Status
The job posting status will now display jobs as ‘Not Posted’ when the Estimated Expiry Date has elapsed. This fix helps the Recruiter to identify when the job is active on their selected job boards. - Progress Applicant
When progressing applicants the recruiter must select the recruitment stage that the candidate is being progressed to. This field is no longer pre-populated, this will eliminate accidental progression of applicants to an incorrect stage. - Location and Job Type are mandatory fields
The Location and Job Type values on the Job Details page are now mandatory fields. - Secure Browsing
We have included a fix to our Facebook Career App to display the list of open jobs correctly where the Facebook secure browsing option is enabled. - Location field for Job Posting
The Location field on the Job Posting tab (Job Information section) will include the corresponding County or Area next to each location. The recruiter can then easily identify the exact location and distinguish between locations with the same name.
