TalentPack was created to address the current needs of recruiters who suggested we simplify applicant tracking to give recruiters exactly what they need. Thus a new ATS was born; TalentPack. TalentPack contains the features most important to recruiters at a fraction of the cost of a customisable applicant tracking system.
At TalentPack we have addressed the main challenges that recruiters currently face:

There is little or no training required as users will quickly learn how to create & post jobs and track & progress applicants. Our ATS is a simple recruiter-centric system, which makes the job of hiring the best people; fast, simple, easy and hassle free.
